Product Overview

Liquid Ring Vacuum System

Complete engineered skid with pump, separator, heat exchanger, valves and instrumentation.

The "Asian" full-recovery Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump System offers total recirculation of the service liquid. The service liquid is recirculated through a heat exchanger that removes the heat of compression, recovering and reusing close to 100% of the seal water.

Systems are available from 50 m³/hr to 1,800 m³/hr and can be offered in a wide variety of materials for tough applications.

Working Principle

How it works

Engineered as a closed system to recover service liquid, conserve water and recover solvents from the process stream.
